hi everyone,

it's a new year and i've been sick already. hope all is well with the rest of the world.

i am also sick of the election talk. too much too soon!

haven't heard from the kids and that's a good sign. i always hear when things are going wrong.
no news really is good news.

GRANDMA'S THOUGHTS

WELL, IT'S THE WEEK AFTER CHRISTMAS AND WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT A SEVENTY PLUS GRANDMOTHER WOULD HAVE RECEIVED A BLOG AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. I AM BARELY COMPUTER LITERATE AND NOW I'M TO GIVE ANYONE WHO WANTS TO READ THIS MY THOUGHTS AND PEARLS OF WISDOM.
TODAY I'M GOING TO PUT AWAY MOST OF MY CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS AND TOMORROW AM GOING TO SEE NATIONAL TREASURE. I LIKE ACTION MOVIES.
THE KIDS ARE ALL GONE AND NOW I JUST HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I HAVE LEARNED MANY YEARS AGO THAT YOU PARENT UNTIL YOU DIE. NOW I HAVE TO ALSO GRANDPARENT UNTIL I DIE. I LOVE IT!

This morning I woke up when Grandma called. She said, "Did I wake you ?" I said "Yes." "Well, I read that people who sleep more than 7 hours a night are wasting there life. So get up and get your ass out of bed." =)
